I found the location convenient. Paddington Station is a short walk. The staff provided excellent support. My room included facilities for making tea and coffee. Also the provision of towels and a hairdryer was convenient. I appreciated all the support and services I received.
The rumble of the underground was noticeable in my room.

i appreciated the proximity to paddington station.. it made getting around very easy. the staff allowed luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, a definite plus. the room was clean, and the english breakfast offered good value and was freshly prepared. i was pleased with the upgrade to a double bed.
the staircase was narrow and steep, which could be challenging for some guests with heavy luggage.
